Background

Rick epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and commitment in every aspect of the real estate transaction. Growing up in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Rick developed a strong work ethic and strives for excellence in all endeavors. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Rick owned a high-end, cabinet shop and worked in residential construction.  Rick also has 12 years experience as a manufacturing project manager serving high-end Fortune 500 customers. Proudly serving our country, Rick is an active Army Reservist and a veteran, having served two deployments.

Interests

Although Rick’s passion for real estate consumes most of his time, Rick is an active member of his community’s HOA by serving on the Architectural Review Committee, and maintains membership in the PTA, National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. He cherishes spending time with his family and his three dogs and is currently learning new skills including, drone flying, app programing, and videography.

    Rich is a very personable and likable guy, very patient, he knows the area, does his homework and knows his stuff, was very honest, understood what we needed as investors, and was a joy to work with. He gave us the pros and cons of the different properties that we looked at, from an investors point of view (amenities, schools, HOA costs, ROI). We purchased two properties with him within a two week period, and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future. He's a hard worker and a great advocate for his clients.     Rick has been a phenomenal agent. He guided us. through a variety of difficult situations and every the the extra mile whenever it was necessary. We did two transactions simultaneously and the second one proved more difficult then the first - due to an responsive and troublesome seller.
